Academic Calendar of the Library:
June to October : Preparation of Identity cards and issuing library cards
July to April : Issuing of books on library card, question papers etc.
June to May : Issuing of Journals and Periodicals
July & August : User orientation programme , Placing Purchase order of Books.
November – December : Subscription of Journals, Periodicals, e-journals.
January Book Exhibition.
March to May : Collect the books taken by students on library card
(After completion of examination)
April :Collect the books issued to staff
August & March : Library Committee meetings
May-June : Stock Verification.
LIBRARY RULES & REGULATIONS:
- Readers must bring their own ID.
- On arrival at the library, it is necessary to register in the register and on OPAC.
- Students must handle books, periodicals etc.. with great care. Any attempt to damage by defacing or tearing pages will be treated as misconduct and strictly deal with matter.
- Student can avail 2 books for one week. Books should be renewed after one week otherwise fine of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged.
- If any book lost from user, then double cost of that book will be charge.
- Complete Silence & strict discipline must be maintained in the library & reading room.
- Use of mobile is strictly prohibited.
- Eating, drinking, chewing or smoking is prohibited in the library.
- User must be registered in the library.
- Encyclopedia, dictionary, current journals & magazine will be allowed to read only in the library.
- The library is not responsible for the patron’s personal property.
- Computers are to be used for study & research purposes and any viewing of pornographic material is forbidden.
- Library Timing: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. and Exam Period Time 9.00am to 6.00pm

DOAJ is a community-curated online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer reviewed journals. DOAJ is independent. All funding is via donations, 40 % of which comes from sponsors and 60% from members and publisher members. All DOAJ services are free of charge including being indexed in DOAJ. All data is freely Available.
